  3. Pack Your Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return. Make sure all original packaging, tags, and accessories are included.
  4. Ship the Item Back: Send the item back to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a traceable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping Fees: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
